The HPCIF data room is tiered by investor role. Equity investors, lenders, donors, strategic partners, and HEVA internal users each access a curated document layer matched to their due-diligence stage. Request access below — Regenerative Ventures Advisory will review your profile and issue an access code within 2 business days.
The HPCIF data room holds the full institutional file — the documents that move a DFI, foundation, or institutional LP from initial interest to First Close commitment. This page describes what exists, for whom, and at what tier. No confidential economics, model outputs, or PPM content is reproduced here.
Access is role-based: each investor type unlocks only the document layer relevant to their facility — equity investors see the CIF file; lenders see the CLF credit file; donors see the CCF grant file. Overlap (e.g., the Investment Thesis) is visible to all credentialed investors. The HEVA Internal tier has full access for internal review and compliance.
The data room holds: PPM v3 (Private Placement Memorandum, three parts), Investment Thesis v2, Financial Model (June 2026) (February 2026), PKF-audited HEVA financials (FY2024), the A4FM submission pack (May 2026), the HPCIF Credibility Pack (track record, geographic expansion thesis, indicative pipeline), the E&S Management System (ESMS) — IFC Performance Standards (PS 1–8), exclusion list, and sector screens — and the full legal and governance file.
Select your investor role, then enter the access code issued to you by Regenerative Ventures Advisory. Codes are case-insensitive.
